This night is dedicated to the creative process and interpretation. A live music show and art exhibit together, showcasing work from artists and musicians from around Glasgow.
There will be 4 new original pieces of art, from different mediums, created specifically for this event. Each piece will take its inspiration from original songs written by musicians performing on the night.
The artwork and music showcased together along with talks from the musicians and artists to show different interpretations and give an insight into the creative process.
About Peace 'n Jam
Peace 'n Jam started out as my own project for third year commercial music, it quickly turned into a passion.
In the spring of 2018 Peace 'n Jam existed as a local open mic night and jam session at The Flying Duck in Glasgow.
Musicians and entertainers from around Glasgow came to share thier amazing sounds and acts. From Jazz funk bands, hard rock and acoustic duets to live comedy. Every night creating a unique individual experience for musicians and music lovers alike.
Peace 'n Jam's core value is that it is an event for everyone, no matter your skill, age, experience or taste. It is a community night, there to create a welcoming enviroment for all.
